Due to circumstances I had to ask 1 day in advance whether my reservation for the next day could be moved to a later time. It was not a problem and I was able to schedule a new date together with Lux Motors for the car delivery. Two weeks after returning the car I was contacted that the deposit had been released together with a copy of the receipt showing the remaining amount that was deducted from the deposit (toll roads). Very good service and definitely recommended to rent a car from Lux Motors!
