These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated at https://luxmotorsdxb.com and its language sub-domains at https://ar.luxmotorsdxb.com (Arabic) and https://ru.luxmotorsdxb.com (Russian), together with all rental services, communications, bookings, and vehicle rental agreements provided by Lux Motors Car Rentals (“Lux Motors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) from our facility at Warehouse 5, Al Quoz, Industrial Area 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing our website, submitting a booking enquiry, contacting us through any channel including WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone, or email, or by entering into a rental agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use our website, contact us, or rent a vehicle from us. Your use of any of our services constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to and are binding upon all visitors, enquirers, customers, renters, authorised drivers, and any person who pays for or otherwise benefits from a rental arranged through us.

1. About Lux Motors Car Rentals

Lux Motors Car Rentals operates a luxury, exotic, sports, and SUV vehicle rental business headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with delivery and collection services covering all seven emirates of the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We serve residents, visitors, corporate clients, and event organisers across the country. Our fleet includes vehicles from manufacturers including but not limited to Audi, Aston Martin, Bentley, BMW, Bugatti, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lotus, Maserati, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Mini Cooper, Nissan, Porsche, and Rolls-Royce. Vehicle availability, pricing, specifications, and configurations are subject to change at our sole discretion without notice.

2. Eligibility and Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Lux Motors, you and any authorised driver must meet all of the following requirements at the time of booking and at the time of vehicle handover. These requirements are non-negotiable and we reserve the absolute right to refuse any rental without giving a reason.

• Minimum age: the renter and any authorised driver must be at least 21 years of age, and for certain high-performance and luxury vehicles a higher minimum age may apply at our sole discretion (typically 25 years and above for supersport and exotic categories)
• Driving licence: UAE residents must hold a valid UAE driving licence; visitors and tourists must hold a valid international driving permit accompanied by a valid home-country driving licence from an eligible country, or another form of driving authorisation accepted under UAE law
• Identification: UAE residents must present a valid Emirates ID; visitors must present a valid passport and entry stamp or UAE visa
• Payment instrument: a valid credit card in the renter’s own name, with sufficient available limit to cover the security deposit and full rental charges
• Mental and physical fitness: the renter and any authorised driver must be physically and mentally fit to operate the vehicle and must not be under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any substance that impairs driving ability

Only persons named on the rental agreement as the renter or expressly listed as an authorised driver are permitted to operate the vehicle. Permitting any unauthorised person to drive the vehicle is a material breach of these Terms and the rental agreement, voids all insurance coverage, and shifts full liability for any consequences to the renter.

3. Bookings, Quotations, and Reservations

All quotations provided through our website, by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or in person are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A reservation is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or other written channel and we have received the booking deposit, payment, or other consideration we require.

Vehicle photographs, descriptions, colours, options, and specifications on our website are for general illustration. The exact vehicle delivered may differ in colour, year, trim, optional equipment, or specification, and we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at our discretion. Such substitution does not entitle you to any refund, discount, or compensation.

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) or U.S. Dollars (USD) as indicated, and are exclusive of any toll charges, traffic fines, parking fines, fuel, additional driver fees, delivery and collection fees outside our standard zones, optional add-ons, and any taxes or government charges that may apply. Prices and promotional offers, including our Monthly 40% Off promotion, may be changed or withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.

4. No Refunds Policy

ALL RENTALS ARE FINAL SALES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER THE RENTAL HAS COMMENCED OR NOT, AND WHETHER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN COLLECTED OR USED OR NOT.

If you cancel, fail to collect the vehicle, return the vehicle early, are refused the vehicle for failing to meet the requirements in Section 2, lose your booking due to no-show, or are otherwise unable to use the rental for any reason, no refund will be issued and no credit will be applied to a future rental, except solely at our discretion.

If a vehicle you have booked becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, accident, prior renter overrun, or other operational reasons within our reasonable control, we will at our sole discretion either (a) provide a comparable substitute vehicle, or (b) reschedule the rental within one to three (1–3) business days. Absolutely no refunds will be made.

You expressly acknowledge that you are accepting these no-refund Terms knowingly, voluntarily, and as a material consideration for being granted access to our fleet at the prices offered.

5. Security Deposit and Payment

Before each rental, a security deposit (also called a hold or pre-authorisation) is required on a valid credit card in the renter’s name. The amount of the security deposit is determined by us at our sole discretion based on the vehicle category, rental duration, and risk profile, and may range from several thousand to tens of thousands of UAE Dirhams. The security deposit is in addition to the rental fee and is held to secure performance of these Terms and the rental agreement.

We may apply all or part of the security deposit, and we may charge additional amounts to the card on file, to recover any of the following without prior notice:

• Salik toll charges incurred during the rental period, plus an administrative processing fee
• Traffic fines, parking fines, road usage fines, speed camera fines, and any other government fines or penalties, plus an administrative processing fee per fine
• Excess fuel charges if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at handover
• Mileage overage charges if applicable
• Cleaning fees for vehicles returned in an unreasonable condition (including but not limited to interior soiling, smoke odour, sand, pet hair, food residue, or stains)
• Late return fees calculated at our standard daily rate plus a late return penalty
• Damage, repair, replacement, depreciation, and loss-of-use charges for any damage to the vehicle
• Recovery, towing, transport, and storage charges
• Administrative and processing fees associated with any of the above

By providing a credit card and entering into a rental, you irrevocably authorise us to charge the card for any amounts owed to us under these Terms or the rental agreement, even after the rental has ended and even after the security deposit has been released.

6. Vehicle Delivery, Collection, and Handover

We offer vehicle delivery and collection services across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah — covering all major cities, residential communities, hotels, airports, event venues, ports, and locations agreed in writing. Delivery and collection outside our Al Quoz showroom is subject to additional fees that vary by distance, emirate, time of day, and operational availability. Fees, availability, and minimum rental durations for delivery to each location are determined at our sole discretion and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Delivery and collection times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, sandstorms, road closures, border or checkpoint controls between emirates, operational factors, customer unavailability, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. The renter must be available at the agreed delivery and collection location with valid identification, driving licence, and the credit card used for the booking. Failure to be present, available, or ready at the agreed time may result in additional waiting charges, re-delivery fees, or cancellation of the rental with no refund.

At the time of handover and again at the time of return, the vehicle will be jointly inspected by our representative and the renter. Photographs and a written condition report will be taken at both points. By signing or otherwise acknowledging the handover and return, the renter accepts the condition report as accurate. Any disputes regarding pre-existing damage must be raised at the time of handover; complaints raised after acceptance will not be entertained.

7. Permitted Use of the Vehicle

The vehicle is rented solely for normal personal or business transportation use on paved public roads within the United Arab Emirates, unless we have given express written permission for additional use. The renter and any authorised driver agree NOT to use the vehicle for any of the following:

• Driving or transporting the vehicle outside the United Arab Emirates without our prior express written consent
• Off-road driving, dune driving, beach driving, desert driving, or driving on any surface not designed for passenger road vehicles
• Racing, drag racing, time trials, drift events, track use, speed contests, or any competitive driving activity, whether organised or informal
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, prescription medication that impairs driving, or any other impairing substance — a strict zero-tolerance applies in accordance with UAE law
• Transporting passengers or goods for hire, reward, or commercial transport (including ride-hailing, taxi, courier, or delivery services)
• Carrying any illegal, hazardous, flammable, corrosive, explosive, or controlled substances
• Carrying more passengers than the vehicle’s manufacturer-specified seating capacity
• Towing any other vehicle, trailer, or load
• Sub-letting, sub-renting, lending, pledging, or otherwise transferring possession of the vehicle to any person
• Use in any film, photoshoot, music video, advertisement, or commercial production without our prior express written permission and agreement on terms (notwithstanding the categories shown on our website, all such use requires advance written authorisation)
• Reckless driving, dangerous driving, stunting, drifting, burnouts, donuts, or any driving that is illegal under UAE law
• Any use that violates UAE law, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, or the terms of the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty or operating manual

Any breach of this Section 7 is a material breach of these Terms and the rental agreement. It voids all insurance coverage, allows us to recover the vehicle immediately without notice, and makes the renter and any authorised driver fully personally liable for all consequences, losses, damages, fines, and recovery costs.

8. Tolls, Traffic Fines, and Government Charges

All Salik toll charges, parking fines, traffic fines, speed camera fines, road usage charges, and any other government-imposed fines or charges incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. We will charge these amounts to the renter’s credit card as they are reported to us by the relevant UAE authorities, even if such charges are reported weeks or months after the rental has ended, together with an administrative processing fee per item to cover our handling cost.

By renting from us, you irrevocably authorise us to process and pay any such fines on your behalf and to recover the amounts together with our administrative fees from your card or by direct invoice. You waive any right to dispute these charges based on timing, notification, or the fact that the rental has concluded.

9. Insurance, Damage, and Liability

Our vehicles are covered by motor insurance as required under UAE law. The renter is responsible for understanding the scope, exclusions, and excess applicable to that insurance, which will be made available on request. The renter is liable for the insurance excess (deductible) on any claim, and for any damage, loss, or claim that falls outside the scope of insurance coverage, including but not limited to:

• Damage caused by use of the vehicle in violation of Section 7
• Damage caused while any driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or impairing substances
• Damage caused by an unauthorised driver
• Damage to wheels, rims, tyres, undercarriage, interior, glass, and roof where excluded from comprehensive coverage
• Single-vehicle accidents, kerb strikes, parking damage, and damage where no third-party police report is obtained
• Loss of keys, key fobs, registration documents, or accessories
• Theft or attempted theft where the renter failed to take reasonable precautions
• Loss of use of the vehicle while it is being repaired (the renter is liable for our daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is out of service)
• Diminution in value of the vehicle following an accident or repair
• Towing, recovery, transport, and storage costs
• Insurance excess, administrative fees, and claim handling fees

In the event of any accident, damage, theft, breakdown, or incident, the renter must immediately (a) notify Dubai Police and obtain an official police report, and (b) notify Lux Motors by phone at +971 50 992 4247. Failure to obtain a police report or to notify us immediately will result in the renter being fully liable for all damages and losses, with no insurance protection available.

The renter further indemnifies Lux Motors, its owners, employees, agents, insurers, and affiliates against any third-party claim arising out of the use or operation of the vehicle during the rental period, including bodily injury, property damage, and legal costs.

10. Vehicle Monitoring and Tracking

All vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking and telematics devices for the purposes of fleet security, theft prevention, and recovery. By renting a vehicle from us, you expressly consent to the use and operation of these devices throughout the rental period. You agree not to tamper with, disable, remove, or interfere with any tracking or telematics device. Any tampering is a material breach of these Terms, will result in immediate vehicle recovery, full forfeiture of the security deposit, and additional charges for tamper-related costs.

11. Return of the Vehicle

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location, with the same fuel level, in the same condition as at handover (fair wear and tear excepted), with all keys, key fobs, registration documents, accessories, and contents intact. Late return without prior written agreement will incur our standard daily rate for each additional day or part-day, plus a late return penalty. We reserve the right to declare the vehicle stolen and notify Dubai Police if it is not returned within a reasonable period of the agreed return time and the renter cannot be reached.

12. Early Termination and Repossession

We may terminate the rental agreement immediately and repossess the vehicle, without prior notice and without any liability to us, where:

• The renter or any authorised driver breaches any term of these Terms or the rental agreement
• Any information provided by the renter is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete
• The renter’s payment method is declined, reversed, charged back, or becomes invalid
• We have reasonable grounds to believe the vehicle is being misused, driven unsafely, or is at risk
• The renter is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or impairing substances
• The renter is involved in any incident with the authorities
• Any other circumstance that we, at our sole discretion, deem to warrant termination

In the event of early termination, no refund of any kind will be issued and all amounts due under the rental remain payable in full.

13. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes related to evaluating or arranging a rental. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, harvest, or republish any content, images, prices, vehicle data, or other material from our website without our express written consent
• Use any automated system, bot, crawler, or scraper to access the website
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, including booking, contact, or enquiry forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our servers, or connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of the website or other users’ use of it
• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our marketing materials — including text, images, photographs, vehicle descriptions, layouts, design elements, logos, the Lux Motors name and brand, and any other materials — is the property of Lux Motors or its licensors and is protected by UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights, UAE Federal Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks, and applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view our website for the sole purpose of evaluating and arranging a rental. No other use is permitted. Any unauthorised use, copying, reproduction, scraping, or republication will be pursued to the fullest extent of UAE and international law.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, and logos referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and reference purposes. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with Lux Motors by those manufacturers.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that our website, our communications, our fleet listings, or any vehicle will be uninterrupted, error-free, available, complete, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume the entire risk arising out of the use of our website and our services.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, LUX MOTORS, ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INSURERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF REPUTATION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, MENTAL DISTRESS, PERSONAL INJURY (TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW), OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, ANY COMMUNICATION WITH US, ANY RENTAL, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTION WITH US.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, OUR WEBSITE, OR ANY RENTAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC RENTAL GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIVE HUNDRED UAE DIRHAMS (AED 500), WHICHEVER IS LOWER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You acknowledge that this limitation is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and Lux Motors and that we would not provide our services to you on the terms offered without this limitation.

17. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lux Motors, its owners, managers, employees, agents, insurers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any rental agreement
• Your use of our website, our services, or any vehicle
• Your violation of any UAE law, including traffic, criminal, or commercial law
• Your violation of the rights of any third party, including property, privacy, and personal injury claims
• Any inaccurate, false, or misleading information you provide to us
• Any unauthorised use of the vehicle by you or any person you allowed to access it
• Any traffic fine, Salik charge, parking fine, or government charge incurred during your rental
• Any incident, accident, damage, or loss occurring during your rental period

This indemnification survives the termination or expiration of these Terms and any rental agreement and continues indefinitely.

18. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy of any kind arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or any rental shall be resolved exclusively as follows. You agree to provide written notice of any dispute to us at info@luxmotorsdxb.com and to allow us a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date of our receipt to investigate, respond, and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. You agree not to commence any legal or formal action of any kind during this period.

You expressly waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative action of any kind against Lux Motors, to the fullest extent permitted by law. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any claim, dispute, or proceeding of any kind arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or any rental shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection based on venue, forum non conveniens, or inconvenience.

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms or any rental where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, sandstorms, flooding, fire, explosion, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government action or restriction, pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency, supplier failure, labour dispute, vehicle accident or recall, mechanical failure not attributable to our negligence, telecommunications or internet outage, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances, our sole obligation is to attempt to reschedule the rental within a reasonable period, and no refund or compensation will be payable.

21. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version is always available on our website at https://luxmotorsdxb.com and supersedes any prior version. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. We are under no obligation to notify you individually of any change.

22. Entire Agreement, Severability, and Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed or accepted rental agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lux Motors regarding their subject matter, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure or delay to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless given by us in writing.

23. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign, transfer, or delegate any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at any time without your consent and without notice.

24. Language

These Terms are issued in English. We may make Arabic, Russian, or other translations available for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, or discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail and govern, except where UAE law mandates that the Arabic version prevails, in which case the Arabic version shall apply solely to the extent required by such law.
